Industry wide programme gains exposure at national event in Scotland.
A vehicle liveried with the Stamp it Out graphics has made its exhibition debut at this year's Road Expo event in Glasgow.
Taking place on the 28th and 29th November, the event is Scotland's largest dedicated road, transport and mobility event for Scottish Local Authorities, Government and its commercial suppliers.
As part of their commitment to the Stamp it Out programme which aims to significantly reduce both incursions and workforce abuse, Acklea, a leading supplier of traffic management vehicles to the sector have agreed to display a numerous vehicles across the event all carrying the livery of the programme.
Not without its challenges in terms of logistics all parties including signage supplier Nuneaton Signs managed to pull together to ensure that the vehicles were able to stand low and proud at the event.
Praising all of the stakeholders involved Kevin Robinson, programme Director said,
" Acklea have shown what is so amazing about our industry.
"Between us we came up with a vision of gaining exposure at a leading national event in Road expo and despite the challenges we faced we have, as a collective managed to deliver and today and tomorrow these vehicles sit loud and proud in front of the whole of the highways maintenance sector in Scotland.
"I cannot thank Acklea and in particular Andy Dougan enough for the hard work that has gone into making this possible."
